My Story
Hi! I'm Ricci, your Scentsy consultant. I have three beautiful kids (24 23 and 17) and 2 fur babies (4 years old and 7 years old). I'm a returning college student, working actress, and social media manager in Southern California.
I discovered Scentsy at a vendor show about a six years ago. I'm really into candles and wax warmers. The bars were what sold me, I love the fact the smells last so long. Everyone sells wax warmers and bars, but these bars smells were long lasting.
I also loved the fact the warmers themselves were heated by light bulbs and not candles. Though I like candles, we've had so many accidents in my house, and we decided to get a dog, so changes needed to be made.
I just recently made the leap to becoming an consultant because of a statement my daughter made. She's going off to college, and she said to me "I want to have a great smell in my room, but I know lighting candles I'll burn the room down forgetting to blow out the candle".
It dawned on me then, that in my area, there is an untapped audience that most aren't tending to, so between my love for the product, and this ah-ha moment, I joined.
Though I haven't been with the company long, the support has been beautiful. The family-like bonds and support are helping me help my customers as I grow this business for my family. It lets me work on my career and continue my degree without having to choose. My goal is to make this the source for family trips and unexpected costs that will arise.
